Morning after

After a long weekend it's hard to get up and motivated. It was a great weekend with family. We cooked out and tried new foods. How was your weekend? Did you enjoy it? How do you celebrate 4th of July? For the 8 years we would go to my dads and watch the fireworks. Things did change after the flood and covid. This year we were able to watch the fireworks with him again. It makes us happy to know that things are going back to normal. Slowly but I have a feeling the world is healing from all the negativity.

Stress is a hard thing to deal with. I feel when covid started it took over a new meaning to stress and anxiety. People were out of work and they closed down schools. It was hard on everyone. Then the dams breaking and the big flood happen. People in 3 counties lost their homes and had no place to go. None of this should of happened but it did. The good thing that came out of all the bad was the way we see all the communities come together and help in any way they could.

People are still hurting and do know how to deal with the lost. Stress is bad on your health, there is ways to deal with it. Medication is the easy way but you can also find things that make you happy and push all of them bad things away.

There are several other methods you can use to relax or reduce stress, including:

Ask your healthcare provider for more information about these techniques or other suggestions.

Your healthcare provider can help you with anything you might need. If you come see us we can spend as much time with you you may need to help. that is the one thing that others cant do for you. sometimes time is all you need. We have all the time in the day to give to you.
